Naked Wallaby, like many of the other paintings in this series, has emerged from a dream. I was captivated by a specific fluorescent hot pink when asleep, which I translated onto a composition on canvas. The recurrence of shapes in this image is intended to create a trance-like effect, enabling the viewer to reflect upon the universe that is hiding behind those shapes.

The painting has been created using the highest-quality archival acrylic paint on canvas. It is currently available un-stretched, but can be stretched on a wooden frame for no additional cost.
