Award-winning artist Chan Seth is pleased to present a unique series of art and yoga workshops that seek to bridge creativity and spirituality during these troubling times. This workshop will focus on the element of Air.
In this workshop, Seth has teamed up with a certified yoga instructor to present you with 10 simple yoga exercises, that you can use to bring more peace and tranquillity into your life. These exercises will be followed by an easy demonstration of how to create your very own Mandala.
By the end of this workshop, you will have beautiful artwork that can hang on the walls of your home, along with fundamental drawing and painting techniques to create your own abstract artworks in the future. A digital mandala will be sent after the workshop to all the participants.
The workshop is online and suitable for all levels. Participants do not need to complete previous modules to join this workshop.
